Health Shop, Massage and Acupuncture

My name is Saray and I am the owner and main therapist at Zenia Natural. My passion for natural medicine started when I was a little girl, but it was while I lived in Scotland that I decided to became a Herbal Medicine professional.

I got a degree on Herbal Medicine by The Edinburgh Napier University, combining my studies with my job as a nursing assistant and my training as a massage therapist.

During one of my journeys I volunteered with a hospital in Malaui, Africa. The experience meant a lot to me, as they treated Malaria there with Phytotherapy. I learnt how plants can heal and save lives when used correctly. I decided to investigate that field even writing my dissertation on Malaria and the use of Herbal Medicine.

Back in Spain I studied at the Chinese Traditional Medicine Shen Hai School. I got a title on Chinese Traditional Medicine Technician and I combine my job with teaching, giving seminars on Phytotherapy. I am fascinated by how acupuncture stimulates our balance to restore our health. My last training in this field has been the use of electroacupuncture for pain treatment and acupuncture face-lift; the results have pleasantly surprised me when putting it into practice.

Ongoing professional development and commitment

I have dedicated much of my training to the field of massage, since I obtained my first ITEC certificate in Holistic Massage in 2001, in Edinburgh. I consider very important to stay up-to-date in this field and whenever possible I do a training, among them Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Manual Lymphatic Massage, Aromatherapy or Massage with Herbal Pindas that I learned in one of my trips to Thailand.

I am a committed and dedicated person and Zenia Natural is born and hold onto these values day by day. My clients know that for me, they come first. I always try to return the trust they place in me by responding with honesty, empathy and offering a personalized treatment.
